New Delhi: The three-match ODI series between India and Australia started on Friday, 17 March. In the first match held in Mumbai, India won by 5 wickets. Looking at the ODI World Cup to be held this year, this ODI series and some more ODIs in the coming months will prove to be important for Team India. Amidst all this, the Indian team will also play a T20 series, for which Team India will tour Europe. Once again Hardik Pandya will return to the same country where he captained the Indian team for the first time. Team India will visit Ireland for a three-match series in August.
The Indian team had earlier visited Ireland in 2022 as well. Then after settling the domestic T20 series against South Africa, the Indian team went to Ireland and England after dividing into two parts. On one hand, under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya, the T20 team had turned to Ireland, while the Test team went to England under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. Hardik then captained India for the first time and Team India won the two-match series 2-0.
Indian team tour after 5 months
Now once again under the leadership of Hardik Pandya, India will again be a part of the T20 series in the grounds of Ireland. Cricket Ireland announced this on Friday. Cricket Ireland released its schedule for the next few months, in which Test, ODI and T20 series against Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and England are to be played. Apart from this, there are also qualifiers for the World Cup.
After all these series and tournaments, there will be a clash between Ireland and Team India. This series will be played in the month of August.
