Govinda Throwback Interview: Govinda is one of those Bollywood stars whose popularity is increasing with time. Govinda, who has earned a name in the industry on his own, has given one to one hit films in his era. In an interview, he had revealed that in the initial days of success, when he started getting unaccounted money, he could not understand what to do with it.
In the year 2014, Govinda and his brother participated in Vinay Pathak’s chat show Har Ghar Kucch Kehta Hai. During that time, recalling the old story, he told that Govinda said that his brother would reject all his ideas by saying, ‘This is not our work. His brother Kirti said that their family had seen a lot of poverty, and all he wanted was for him to come out of it.

Govinda carved his own path in the film industry and did everything on his own. On the other hand, when he started walking, I took upon myself the full responsibility of being his secretary. During this, I got him to sign many films. We had experienced a lot of poverty in life, and I just wanted to emerge from it.”

Earlier in the year 1987, during the interview of Govinda’s film Ghar Mein Ram Gali Mein Shyam, he made another disclosure. Govinda had told that he had signed 70 consecutive films after his debut. However, he was unsuccessful in doing all those films because he did not have time.
