UPI transaction will be expensive
Transactions through UPI can also be expensive from today. National Payments Corporation of India i.e. NPCI has implemented prepaid payment instruments fee on merchant transactions from UPI. According to its circular, you may have to pay a charge for transactions above Rs 2000. According to the information, you may have to pay an interchange fee of 1.1% on UPI payment through prepaid payment instruments.
