S Jaishankar Calls Pak’s Bilawal Bhutto “Spokesperson For Terror Industry”

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has called his Pakistani counterpart Bilawal Bhutto Zardari a “promoter and spokesperson of the terrorism industry”.

Jaishankar’s remarks came after the meeting of foreign ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries in Goa.

S Jaishankar said, “Bhutto Zardari came as foreign minister of SCO member country, this is part of multilateral diplomacy and we do not see anything more than this.”

On Pakistan’s call to collectively deal with terrorism, the External Affairs Minister said, victims of terrorism do not sit with its perpetrators to discuss terrorism. He said that Jammu and Kashmir was, is and will always be a part of India.

Regarding the China-Pak Economic Corridor, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that connectivity is good for progress, but it cannot violate the territorial integrity and sovereignty of nations.

There was no bilateral talks between the two foreign ministers in the SCO meeting.

Jaishankar said, “Pakistan’s credibility on terrorism is decreasing faster than its foreign exchange reserves.” S Jaishankar, clearly attacking Pakistan surrounded by huge financial crisis, said that it has been forced to knock from door to door to get loan.

S Jaishankar said, “I say that they (Pakistan) have nothing to do with G20. I will also say that they have nothing to do with Srinagar. Kashmir is the only issue to be discussed.” When will it remove its illegal occupation of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.

S Jaishankar’s remarks came on a day when five Indian Army soldiers were martyred in action during an ongoing operation to search for terrorists hiding in a forest near Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir. Suspected Pakistani terrorists ambushed an army truck last week, killing five other soldiers.

India has many times given evidence of Pakistan’s active participation in supporting terrorism on its soil and sending terrorists to Jammu and Kashmir. Masood Azhar, declared Global Terrorist by the United Nations, 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed and many other terrorists are in Pakistan.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, son of former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, is the first foreign minister of Pakistan to visit India in almost 12 years. In the year 2011, the then Foreign Minister of Pakistan Hina Rabbani Khar visited India.

In the SCO meeting, Jaishankar called for united efforts to fight terrorism. He said that turning a blind eye to terrorism would be bad for the SCO.

Jaishankar said, “We should not allow anyone, individual or state, to hide behind non-state actors. While the world was busy coping with Covid and its fallout, the threat of terrorism continued unabated. Our security interests It would be harmful to take my eyes off this danger ”
