According to NHAI officials, one underpass will connect Dwarka Expressway to Nelson Mandela Marg, while the other will connect Dwarka Link Road to NH-48.

Traffic will be diverted like this

According to NHAI officials, during the construction of the two underpasses and the flyover, vehicles passing through here will be diverted towards the slip road constructed by NHAI next to the carriageway towards Delhi. At the same time, traffic on NH 48 near Shiv Murti intersection will be diverted from the main highway to the newly constructed slip road. The traffic police will give NOC to NHAI by March 14 so that they can start the construction work.

Let us tell you, about 75 thousand vehicles pass through the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway daily. Traffic Special Commissioner of Police (Traffic) SS Yadav told that the new construction will reduce the travel time for people going towards Dwarka.
