Weather Update: On one hand the temperature in northern states like Bihar and Delhi is increasing as the monsoon weakens, IMD has issued a red alert in Gujarat and Maharastra. Both states are likely to receive heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours.
IMD has also issued orange alerts for six states including Madhya Pradesh and Odisha. Kerala, Kolkata, and Telangana will also receive heavy rainfall in isolated areas. The next five days in these states will showcase intense rainfall.
Rainfall will be intense in states like Rajasthan, Uttrakhand, and Himachal Pradesh as IMD has issued a yellow alert in these states. Many isolated areas of these states will receive moderate to heavy rainfall in the coming weekend.
Weather Update: Delhi
With the monsoon getting weaker in the National capital, IMD has predicted light rainfall in Delhi. The conditions will be overcast during the day with temperatures being between 29 degrees to 36 degrees.
Mumbai will be under very heavy rainfall in the upcoming days according to IMD. The next 24 hours will be really crucial as the rainfall with continue and the residents are advised to pay caution. IMD has issued an orange alert for the city for the next three days.
The temperature will continue to rise in Chennai and the conditions will be overcast. The monsoon might enter again in the city during the weekend. The temperature will be between 29 degrees to 37 degrees.
Thundershowers are to be expected in the city as the temperature will be around 27 degrees to 32 degrees. The weather will remain pleasant throughout the day as the temperature will decrease amidst the rainfall.
