IRCTC Tour Packages : IRCTC has decided to run “Bharat Nepal Aastha Yatra” trip package under Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train. This year Ram Navami will be celebrated on Thursday, 30 March. In the 10-day tour, people will be taken to visit four important pilgrimage and heritage sites. Efforts of the Government of India to encourage circuits of special interest in domestic travel “Look at your country” Bharat Gaurav is with the launch of tourist train. A nine nights and ten days holiday will take you to Pashupatinath (Kathmandu) in Nepal and sites like Ayodhya, Varanasi and Prayagraj in India.

‘India Nepal Aastha Yatra’ Tour Details

The departure station of the train is Jalandhar, however passengers can board at Delhi Safdarjung. India Nepal Aastha Yatra will set out on its journey on March 31, 2023. The 10-day tour includes sites such as Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, Hanuman Garhi, Saryughat, Nandigram; Pashupatinath Temple, Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa in Kathmandu; Tulsi Manas Temple, Sankatmochan Temple, Kashi Vishwanath Corridor and Temple, Ganga Aarti at Varanasi Ghat in Varanasi, and Hanuman Temple at Ganga-Yamuna Sangam, Prayagraj will be performed.

Know the ticket price

  1. For Comfort Category – The ticket price for one person is Rs 39, 850 and for two people is Rs 34,650. The ticket price for a child (5-11 years) will be Rs 31,185.
  2. For Superior Category – The ticket price for one passenger is Rs 47,820 and for two people is Rs 41,580. Child (5-11 years) ticket will cost Rs 37,425.

You will get these special facilities

  1. According to IRCTC, this package will include 600 tickets of 3AC class. There will be a total of 600 seats, of which 300 will be standard and another 300 will be superior.
  2. The package includes overnight stay in either air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned rooms with shower and change facilities for better packages. In addition, all transfers and sightseeing in non-AC buses are included in the package.
  3. The package includes only vegetarian food for lunch on the trains. Apart from this, off-board vegetarian food will be served in high quality eateries, hotels, banquets and packed meals.
  4. The package includes all necessary taxes, passenger travel insurance and train protection.
  5. Hard copy or soft copy COVID-19 vaccination certificate is required for landmark sightseeing and temple darshan.
