Hindu doctor brutally murdered by entering his house, accused driver absconding

Hindu killed in Pakistan: A Hindu doctor has been murdered by entering his house in Pakistan. A 60-year-old skin specialist Dr. Dharam Dev Rathi was killed by his driver here on Tuesday late night in Citizen Colony located in Hyderabad city. Police said that the driver escaped from the spot after killing. Dr. Dharam’s chef told that when both of them reached home, there was an altercation between the two and there was an argument between the accused driver and the doctor over some issue.

The doctor’s chef informed the police about the incident. On the basis of initial investigation, the city’s SSP Amjad Sheikh told that the name of the accused is Hanif Leghari. Quoting Chef Dilip Thakur, he told that when they (driver and doctor Dharam Dev Rathi) reached home, there was an argument between the two. The chef told the police that Leghari, a resident of Khairpur Mir, brutally killed the Hindu doctor and fled.

The whole family of the doctor lives in America.

Till the time of writing the news, the real motive of the murder could not be ascertained. Chef Thakur informed the police about the murder incident. The police team reached the spot and admitted the doctor to a nearby hospital. The police officer told that the doctor’s family lives in America.

In the month of December last year, a Hindu woman named Daya Bhil was murdered in Sindh, Pakistan. Daya Bhil, 40, was brutally murdered. His head was severed from the body by the killer, and his body was recovered in poor condition. In the case of Daya Bhil’s murder, the Government of India had advised Pakistan to ensure the safety of the Hindu community.
