Heavy Rainfall In THESE States Create Flood Like Situation; IMD Issues Red and Orange Alert; Read here

Weather Update: IMD issued an orange alert in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Maharastra as these three states are likely to face heavy rainfall over the next week. The weather department has also issued flood warnings in UP and Bihar.

Maharastra is likely to receive heavy rainfall for the next few days. Over to the national capital, the Yamuna is still flowing above the danger level and IMD has asked residents to pay utmost caution.

IMD has also issued intense rainfall warnings in Gujarat and Maharastra where flood like situation is possible because of the heavy rainfall. The residents are advised to pay extreme caution.

Weather Update: Delhi

Various parts of Delhi will face moderate to heavy rainfall over the week. The flood-like situation might improve as the government is trying its best to control the situation. The temperature for today will be between 32 degrees to 27 degrees.


Heavy rainfall will stay in Mumbai for almost a week and this might remain prominent for a longer time as well. It resulted in waterlogging on various roads and traffic jams were a constant occurrence. The weather will likely calm down for today as the residents can prepare for a light day.


IMD issued a rainfall warning over the weekend for Chennai as well as other parts of Tamil Nadu. Meanwhile, there is a low chance of rainfall today but the sky will remain cloudy. The temperature will be between 29 degrees to 26 degrees.


A Thundershower warning has been issued in Bengal’s capital for the upcoming weekend. The temperature will be between 32 degrees to 27 degrees making it a cool day as compared to previous days.
