These companies have been told that when the court has banned the delivery of medicines online, then why are they selling medicines online. In this matter, an answer has been sought from them and it has also been said to take appropriate action if the correct answer is not received.
Delhi High Court had issued the order
A few days ago the Delhi High Court had issued an order against three online pharmacies. These companies were found to be selling medicines without a license from DGGI. Then the court had issued an order to the DGCI to take action. After which several teams of the Drugs Controller General of India are inspecting the pharmaceutical companies.
