Google Pixel 7a will come on May 11, know the price before launch (indicative picture)
People waiting for Pixel 7a will not have to wait much longer. The technology giant has announced on Twitter that the latest Pixel phone will be launched in India on May 11 and will be available for purchase via Flipkart. Google has not yet confirmed anything about the name of the upcoming phone, but according to the teaser image and launch timeline, it is known that Pixel 7a will be launched in India this month.
The official photo shared by Google shows the design that has been seen on earlier Pixel A and flagship phones. The technology giant will be launching the Pixel 7a at its upcoming Google I/O event, which will take place on May 10. It will be made available in the Indian market the next day of launch.

Pixel 7a: Design, launch details
Apart from the new design, Google can only continue the old design. Last time the brand introduced its affordable Pixel A series phones in the middle of the year but the latest variant is arriving a bit early. Remind that Pixel 6a was launched in India in July 2022 and Pixel 7a will come in India a month earlier.
Pixel 7a: Features and Price
- According to reports, the Pixel 7a will be equipped with Google’s Tensor G2 chipset under the hood, the company has started using its home-brew chipset with the launch of Pixel 6 series.
- LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage can be seen in it. The 5G phone could come with a 6.1-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution and support for 90Hz refresh rate. This can be a slight upgrade from the 60Hz screen of Pixel 6a.
- The Pixel 7a will pack a 4410mAh battery, which is slightly bigger than the 4,306mAh battery unit on its predecessor. The company will continue to support 18W wired charging. According to the reports, you will not get to see the charger in its retail box.
- It can have triple camera setup for photo and videography, which includes 64 megapixel Sony IMX787 primary camera. This will be an upgrade to the 12.2-megapixel primary camera found on the Pixel 6a.
- The possible price of the upcoming phone can be Rs 35,000.
