NEET UG 2023 Registration: Candidates can register for NEET UG 2023 till 13 April. In the last 5 years, this time till now NTA has received record applications. The exam is proposed on 7th May 2023.

NEET UG 2023 Registration: This time there have been record registrations for NEET UG 2023 so far. So far this year, applications have not been made on such a large scale for any entrance examinations. A total of 21 lakh 10 thousand candidates have applied so far to appear in the NEET UG 2023 exam. At the same time, the National Examination Agency has extended the last date of registration till 13 April 2023.
There are about one lakh MBBS seats across the country. About 80 thousand seats are available including BDS and AYUSH. These figures are inclusive of government and private medical colleges.
Of these, about 50 thousand MBBS seats are with government medical colleges. Every student wants that his admission should be in Government Medical College. In this way, there are 42 claimants against one seat in government colleges.

The exam will be conducted on May 7 at various centers set up across the country by the National Examination. The exam will be held in a single shift and the timing will be from 2 PM to 5.30 PM. If experts are to be believed, the registrations for NEET UG and JEE are increasing year by year.
There are many reasons for this. One of the biggest reason is awareness. Due to the increasing influence of social media, youth sitting in remote villages are also getting information on time. Admission through NEET in B.Sc Nursing and Para Medical courses is also an important reason.

- MBBS – One Lakh
- BDS – 28 thousand
- Ayush – 52 thousand
After the year 2014, the number of medical colleges has increased by almost 70 percent and the number of MBBS seats has increased by almost two times. The Central Government had recently told in the Parliament that before 2014 there were a total of 387 medical colleges in the country. Now there are 660 medical colleges. The paper will be of 720 marks and general category students will have to score more than 650 marks to do MBBS from Government Medical College.
